These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 4639club platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 4639club, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory and will be enforced at the point of withdrawal.
Each player may hold only one registered account on 4639club. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances forfeited. All account information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date throughout your use of the platform.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the 4639club platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read together with, the 4639club Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between 4639club and the Player.
2.3 4639club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the platform and, where practicable, via registered email. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.4 If you are accessing the 4639club platform on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions, and you accept personal liability for compliance.
3.1 Age Requirement. To register and use the 4639club platform, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is set by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 4639club may request documentary proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 4639club platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. 4639club reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for players in Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time without notice.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. If you are subject to any court order, self-exclusion programme, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities, you are not eligible to use 4639club.
3.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of 4639club or its affiliated game providers are not eligible to hold Player accounts or receive promotional bonuses.
4.1 To access real-money features of the 4639club platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
4.2 You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
4.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 4639club platform. The creation or use of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 4639club will merge or close them at its discretion, with any bonus balances forfeited.
4.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, 4639club requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., passport, driver's licence, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID). 4639club may additionally require proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents will be handled in accordance with 4639club's Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
4.5 Account registration is free of charge. 4639club will never require payment to create or verify an account.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 4639club will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password on behalf of 4639club should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify 4639club immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. 4639club will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your failure to notify us of a suspected breach.
5.4 4639club reserves the right to lock or restrict any account pending investigation where unusual activity, suspected fraud, or a security concern is identified.
5.5 Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of a 4639club account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
6.1 4639club accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the Payment section of the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. Accepted methods and minimum/maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 4639club does not accept deposits from payment methods owned by a third party. Third-party deposits will be refunded to the source and the account subject to review.
6.3 Deposited funds are held in a segregated player funds account. 4639club does not use Player funds for operational expenses.
6.4 The minimum single deposit on the 4639club platform is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are stated in the cashier.
6.5 4639club applies no deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 4639club accepts no liability.
6.6 4639club reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit at its reasonable discretion, particularly where a transaction raises concerns under AML (anti-money laundering) obligations.
7.1 Withdrawals are available to Players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements on their current balance; and (c) met any minimum withdrawal thresholds applicable to their chosen withdrawal method.
7.2 Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative eligible method may be used subject to 4639club's verification procedures.
7.3 4639club targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted during standard operating hours. Actual processing times depend on the payment provider and may vary. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
7.4 4639club may request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account wallet.
7.5 4639club reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per time period, as communicated in the cashier. Players at higher VIP tiers may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits.
7.6 Any withdrawal request found to involve funds originating from fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct will be voided and the account will be subject to suspension.
8.1 4639club may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds.
8.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be transferred to the Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
8.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational gaming purposes only. 4639club reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus credits and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed purely to extract bonus value, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion with other players.
8.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (prior to satisfying wagering requirements), or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
8.5 4639club reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
8.6 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new registered Players only and are limited to one claim per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
9.1 All games available on the 4639club platform are provided by licensed, regulated third-party game providers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems have been independently audited and certified for fairness. 4639club does not develop or manipulate game outcomes.
9.2 The rules of each individual game — including bet limits, paylines, RTP percentages, and bonus trigger conditions — are governed by the game provider's rules as displayed within each game. 9.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or communication interruption — 4639club will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round in the fairest possible manner. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and staked amounts refunded.
9.4 All game results displayed on the platform are final once settled. Queries regarding game outcomes must be submitted to support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant round. 4639club reserves the right to review and correct any game result that was settled in error due to a technical fault.
9.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories and are displayed within each game or betting market. 4639club reserves the right to impose personal betting limits on any account where unusual wagering patterns are identified.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4639club platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
10.2 4639club cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine law enforcement bodies. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable AML obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

12.2 You may access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without 4639club's prior written consent.
12.3 Game content is owned by and licensed from respective game providers. All rights in such content are reserved by the relevant provider.
13.1 The 4639club platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4639club disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13.2 4639club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if 4639club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 4639club's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
13.4 4639club accepts no liability for technical failures, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers (including game studios, payment processors, or telecommunications networks) that are outside 4639club's reasonable control.
13.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 4639club's negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 You may close your 4639club account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures. Any Bonus Balance that has not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
14.2 4639club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
14.3 Where an account is suspended due to suspected breach, the Player's funds may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the funds may be forfeited in whole or in part at 4639club's reasonable discretion.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 4639club platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation. 15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notification, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 For regulatory complaints relating to 4639club's compliance with Philippine gaming regulations, players may contact PAGCOR directly through PAGCOR's official channels.
16.1 4639club reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the most recent revision.
16.2 Where changes to these terms are material — meaning they affect Player rights, obligations, or liabilities in a significant way — 4639club will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Players and/or a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
16.3 Your continued use of the 4639club platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should close your account before the amendments take effect.
